Billing Information

Our doctors and staff are proud to be a team whose mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. Fees for professional services rendered are the direct responsibility of our patients, and payment is requested on the day services are provided. For your convenience we gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac, cash and cheque.

We would be happy to discuss and customize a financial plan to help you, in your investment of your dental health and wellbeing.

Dental Coverage

Our treatment coordinators deal with many different insurance companies that offer many different dental and medical plans. These companies can change benefits, co-pays, and deductibles throughout the year. We do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on information you provide us. It is almost impossible to accurately estimate a patient’s insurance coverage. Many insurance companies will not give out fees until after the treatment is completed. Most dental insurance policies are limited and often only pay for a portion of the procedure(s) that may need to be done.

As a courtesy to our patients with medical and/or dental benefit plans, we will submit necessary claim forms to your insurance company electronically. Some forms may have to be mailed by you to your insurance company if it is not accepted electronically. Please provide our treatment coordinators with up to date insurance information so we may help you process claims and predeterminations as quickly as possible. Reimbursements are sent directly from your insurance company to you.

Dear our Periodontal Associates Patients,

We are writing you to inform you of our operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. On March 15th, 2020 our provincial regulator, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, provided that all dentists and dental specialists were to suspend routine services due to the ongoing crisis.

The health and safety of our patients and our team is our top priority. This extends to the broader community and our duty to limit in-person contact to flatten the curve. Effective immediately, with the EXCEPTION OF EMERGENCY CARE, our office will be closed until further notice.

For patients who have received recent procedures, the after hours emergency service will remain available to you should you need to reach us.
